We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. - How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info via SMS and email once shipped. - Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be available soon! - How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track it under My Orders in your Charmnative account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 1-day return window from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.- How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@charmnative.com or use the Contact Us form. We’ll arrange for pickup and guide you through the steps. - When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality checks. - Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it’s shipped. Post-shipment cancellations are not allowed.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. COD is available for select pin codes. - How do I apply a coupon code?
On the checkout page, there’s a field labeled “Have a coupon?” Enter your code and click Apply. - Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@charmnative.com to update your address.
